L&L Partners has strengthened its corporate practice with the hire of a new partner.
Navin Syiem joins the firm from IndusLaw where he served as a partner since 2016.
Mohit Saraf, a senior partner at L&L, said of the hire: “With Navin’s extensive experience of two decades, gained both in India and overseas, we are confident that he will contribute in further growing the firm’s market leading corporate and M&A practice…the firm will continue to focus on bolstering it’s corporate and M&A practice through organic and inorganic growth.”
Syiem specialises in M&A, and his experience includes stints at IndusLaw, HSA Advocates, Ashurst, and Trilegal.
Syiem’s appointment brings relief to L&L’s corporate team, which was hit by the departures of Alina Arora and Aditya Periwal.
