Dechert in Singapore has moved to bolster its corporate and securities offering with the hire of a new partner.
Maria Tan Pedersen joins the firm from Jones Day, where she served as a partner and led the Philippines practice.

Pedersen has a wealth of experience in advising both public and private clients on matters including capital markets, M&A and projects across a variety of industry sectors such as energy and technology, with a particular focus on mandates in Indonesia and the Philippines.
