Restructuring and insolvency boutique Nair & Co has merged with PK Wong & Associates to form a full-service firm, PK Wong & Nair.
With a total of 23 lawyers, the combined entity will be co-managed by directors Suresh Nair and Mark Wong. Additionally, the new firm boasts a membership of First Law International, a legal network of independent law firms with a presence extending to more than 100 jurisdictions.
Established in 2017 by Suresh Nair, Nair & Co was recognised for its strength in the restructuring and insolvency space.
A former member of the EY Global Network, PK Wong & Associates was active since 2004 and acted on both domestic and international M&A and restructuring mandates.
