Weil Gotshal & Manges has announced it will be exiting Poland at the end of this year.
The Warsaw partners are launching an independent firm, Rymarz Zdort. Managing partner Paweł Rymarz will continue to lead the team of 80 lawyers.
The latest exit marks the end of the US firm's operations in the CEE region, with it having closed offices in Prague and Budapest in 2018.
