Two domestic US firms based in different states have agreed to merge.
Minneapolis law firm Gray Plant Mooty will merge with Kansas City firm Lathrop Gage to form Lathrop GPM.
The merger will combine over 400 attorneys and 14 offices, including Boston, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, Chicago and St Louis. Moreover, it will deepen both firms’ core in the Midwest and provide a wider national platform.
The combination will take effect at the beginning of 2020.
