Dentons has recruited a new practice head from an international rival in Bucharest.
Loredana Chitu, who joins from RTPR Allen & Overy where she was counsel, will lead her new firm's capital markets practice. Chitu's experience includes advising on the largest IPO in Romania, private placements and high yield bonds.
Dentons already has an experienced capital markets specialist in Septimiu Stoica. He was involved in the establishment of the Romanian stock exchange and assisted in drafting relevant legislation. He was president of the Bucharest Stock Exchange between 2006 and 2008.
