A US firm has launched in Luxembourg becoming only the second firm from the states to do so.
The Luxembourg practice of Goodwin Procter will be led by partner Alexandrine Armstrong-Cerfontaine, who will split her time between London and Luxembourg. The new office will take up a mix of financial and corporate and investment funds work.
The Luxembourg office is Goodwin's eleventh in total and fourth in Europe. Dechert is the only other US firm with a branch in Luxembourg.
