Goodwin Procter has expanded its London technology offering with a new partner hire.
Ali Ramadan joins the firm from Orrick. He is a corporate lawyer focused on the technology sector. Specifically he focuses on venture capital, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions for technology businesses.
His clients include start-ups, high-growth companies and investors (both institutional and corporate) operating in the technology, fintech, proptech and digital media industries.
Ramadan had only been at Orrick for a year having moved in early 2018 from Bird & Bird.
