King & Spalding has recruited a partner in Paris from another international firm.
Anne Vrignaud was hired from Baker McKenzie. She has experience advising French and international lenders on financings.
Vrignaud is the fifth partner to join the firm since last year. Earlier this year Guillaume Aubatier joined the banking team from Ashurst.
