Santiago-based Honorato | Delaveau has added partner Matias Langevin to its practice.
Langevin joins the firm from Morales & Besa, also based in Santiago. He focuses his practice on project finance, M&A and capital markets.
While at Morales & Besa, Langevin worked on deals such as advising the placement agents on MallPlaza’s IPO and advising the dealer managers on AES Gener’s $500 million 7.125% notes issue.
