White & Case has recruited a banking partner in Madrid.
Fernando Navarro was hired from Ashurst where he was co-head of the Spanish finance team. He is an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer with more than 25 years experience, and is dual-qualified to practice in Spain and England and Wales.
Navarro focuses on lending transactions such as syndicated and bilateral loans, and also advises on derivatives, structured product, securitisation and debt capital markets deals. He also has experience advising international and Spanish banks on portfolio disposals, and in advising funds on acquiring portfolios.
