Trilegal has expanded its corporate team with the hire of a new partner in Mumbai.
Harsh Maggon joins the firm from AZB & Partners, where he served as a partner since 2016.

With a focus on private equity and public M&A, Maggon advises on matters involving delisting offers, takeover offers, secondary exits, corporate governance issues, minority stake acquisitions and control deals. His previous experiences include working for Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, DSK Legal and Economic Laws Practice.
This marks the third time that Trilegal has raided AZB in two years, following the appointments of funds partners Aditya Jha and Ganesh Rao in 2018 and brings Trilegal’s numbers up to 51 partners.
