Eversheds Harry Elias has hired a new banking partner in Singapore to add to its growing practice in the city-state.
Gerard Ng joins the firm from RHTLaw Taylor Wessing to make it Eversheds Harry Elias’ first lateral partner hire since the merger between Eversheds Sutherland and the legacy Harry Elias Partnership, which became effective in May 2017.
With over 20 years' experience, Ng brings knowledge in lending, structured finance, acquisition finance, and structured products.
Prior to joining RHT, he held an in-house role at Eastspring Investments and was an attorney at offshore law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman.
