DLA Piper Giziński Kycia has added two new partners to its corporate practice in Warsaw.
Marek Sawicki and Jakub Marcinkowski join the firm from CMS in Warsaw where they were partners in corporate practice. They both focus on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Sawicki was the head of the corporate team at CMS while Marcinkowski was a partner at the firm for more than four years.
The arrivals at DLA Piper follow the departure of Magdalena Nasiłowska - and her team - who left the firm in March 2019 to join Baker McKenzie Krzyzowski.
