García & Bodán, a Central American regional firm, has opened an office in San José, Costa Rica, marking its entry into Costa Rica and its eighth office in the region. The new office will have 15 lawyers.
The San José office gives the firm a presence in all five core Central American countries: Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica. Law firms in Central America have increasingly become regionalised as they seek to have a presence in the five aforementioned countries and not just one jurisdiction.
