Jones Day has hired attorneys Bryan Brown and Alfredo Ramos to its Houston office as partners.
Brown has joined the firm's banking, finance and securities practice and Ramos is now a member of the energy practice.
Brown represents issuers, investors and underwriters on debt and equity offerings.
Ramos focuses on oil and gas and energy transactions, including on M&A, joint venture and project development deals.
Brown comes to the firm from Reed Smith, while Ramos was added from Thompson & Knight.
