Slovak firm MCL has added a real estate lawyer to co-head its real estate, projects, M&A and corporate law practices.
Vojtech Pálinkáš joins the firm from Allen & Overy where he led the real estate practice in Bratislava.
Pálinkáš has more than 20 years of experience advising both local and foreign clients on acqusitions, joint ventures, real estate transcations, energy and infrastruture projets.
His arrival increases MCL's number of partners to four.
