Ughi & Nunziante has hired an M&A partner to join its corporate practice in Milan.
Amon Airoldi joins the firm from Alpeggiani & Associati after 13 years at the firm. He focuses on corporate law and business contracts with expertise on both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
He is the fourth partner to join Ughi & Nunziante Milan office this year. All four partners specialise in M&A and private equity work among other practices.
With the latest hire Ughi and Nunziante has 11 partners in Milan and 21 in total.
