Ashurst has expanded its real estate offering in Italy with a partner hire in Milan.
Andrea Caputo joins the firm from Freshields Bruckhaus Deringer in Rome where he was part of the M&A team.
With over 16 years of experience, Caputo has advised clients on acquisitions, disposals and lettings of large scale retail, office and logistics portfolios.
Caputo's hire is part of Ashurst's plan to further strengthen its real estate capability in the Italian market.
