Italian firm Ughi & Nunziante has strengthened its Milan practice with a new corporate partner.
Luca Corabi de Marchi joins the firm from his own office Luca Corabi de Marchi Law firm based in both Milan and Lugano.
Corabi De Marchi focuses on corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts and real estate.
He has been admitted to the bar in both Milan and Lugano.
