Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has hired two new private equity funds lawyers in London.
Daniel Quinn and Alexander Bakic join the firm from O'Melveny & Myers.
Both partners focus on private equity fund formation and secondary transactions including fund restructurings and portfolio sales.
