Garrigues has strengthened its team in Portugal with the hire of a PLMJ partner.
Tomás Pessanha, who has been a partner at PLMJ since 2007 and is an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer, joins the firm's team in Porto. His focus is M&A and he works on deals involving strategic buyers and financial sponsors.
