Baker McKenzie has hired two new financial services regulatory partners in London.
Philip Annett joins from Allen & Overy, while Caitlin McErlane joins from Sidley Austin.
Annett focuses on contentious regulatory work on regulatory and criminal enforcement, investigation and financial crime. He was recently on secondment to the Bribery and Corruption Division at the UK's Serious Fraud Office.
McErlane advises a range of clients but has a particular focus advising alternative fund managers, especially hedge funds, on the regulations affecting their trading strategies.
