Italian firm Gatti Pavesi Bianchi has strengthened its funds and finance offering with lateral hires from a rival office in Milan.
Funds lawyer Eriprando Guerritore and finance lawyer Marc-Alexandre Courtejoie and their respective teams have joined from Paul Hastings.
Guerritore advises on the formation and operation of alternative investment funds, while Courtejoie focuses on strucutred finance, acquisition and real estate financing, private debt and project finance transactions.
Following their departure, M&A lawyer Bruno Cova and energy lawyers Francesa Morra and Lorenzo Parola are the three remaining corporate partners at Paul Hastings' Milan.
