Eversheds Sutherland has merged with a Czech firm with an office in Slovakia.
Dvořák Hager & Partners, which has offices in Prague and Bratislava, has been renamed Eversheds Sutherland Dvořák Hager followign the combination.
The merger gives the international firm a team of 49 new lawyers, inlcuding eight partners, across the two offices.
Evershed Sutherland's entry into Slovakia and Czech Republic is part of its European growth programme which saw it add new offices in Luxembourg, Russia and Germany in 2017.
