Paul Hastings has hired a new energy focused M&A partner in its London office.
Steven Bryan, an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer, joins the firm from Hogan Lovells where he was part of the firm's global corporate practice's leadership committee.
Bryan advises on M&A, equity offerings and joint ventures in sectors such as energy, transport utilities and mining.
Deal highlights include advising on Arcus Infrastructure Partners' acquisition of NDI Autostrada and Brookfield Business Partners acquisition of 85% of Greenergy Fuels Holdings.
