Mayer Brown has hired two restructuring and insolvency partners from DLA Piper in London.
Michael Fiddy and Amy Jacks join the firm as co-heads of the global and UK restructuring teams respectively.
Fiddy was global co-chair of DLA's restructuring group and advises financial institutions, funds, debtors and creditors.
Jacks advises funds, banks, corporates and insolvency practitioners.
