Swiss outfit Froriep has hired a corporate partner and practice head from an international firm in Geneva.
Hubert Orso Gilliéron joins the firm from Baker Mckenzie where he headed the antitrust law practice group and co-headed the transactional practice group.
His specialises in Swiss and European competition, corporate and commercial law, including M&A.
