US firm Clark Hill has expanded into Europe by merging with a firm in Ireland.
The international firm has combined with Dublin boutique O'Gradys Solicitors. The Irish firm includes banking, M&A and restructuring and insolvency among its focusses.
The move gives Clark Hill a team of 19 in Dublin which will continue to be led by partner Kirby Tarrant.
Clark Hill now has more than 650 lawyers across 25 offices in the US, Mexico and Ireland.
