Half the partners at Osborne Clarke in Stockholm have left the firm in 2019.

A team of two partners and two associates joined Morris Law in Stockholm from Osborne Clarke's office in the city. Project development specialist Nimrod Badur and banking specialist Björn Bjuggren were the two partners.

The other two Osborne Clarke partners - M&A partner Mikael Moreira and employment partner Björn Rustare - joined DLA Piper. Moreira has considerable experience in private M&A and venture capital work, and has regularly assisted firms in the technology space
