Norton Rose Fulbright has expanded its energy and projects team in Mexico City with the hire of partner César Fernández, senior counsel Liliana Anzaldua and associate Angélica Alvarez.
Fernández and Anzaldua join the firm from Pemex, Mexico’s state-owned oil company. Alvarez joins from Hogan Lovells.
