IndusLaw has expanded its corporate practice with the hire of a new partner in Delhi.
Manishi Pathak joins the firm from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) where he was a corporate partner.
Pathak joined CAM from Kochhar & Co and has over two decades of experience advising domestic and international clients on matters including M&A, corporate law, regulatory compliance and employment.
This move is in line with IndusLaw’s recent efforts to expand its corporate practice, following the hire of partner Sudipta Routh in 2018.
