A large team has left Kochański Zięba & Partners to launch a new firm.

Former Kochański joint managing - and name - partner Rafał Zięba has left with the team to establish Zięba & Partners, which has taken over what was Kochański Zięba & Partners' Krakow office. The firm has 12 partners, nine of which arrived from KZP, and has opened a second office in Warsaw.

The departure of Kochański has forced Kochański Zięba & Partners' remaining name partner (other managing partner Piotr Kochański) to rebrand the firm Kochański & Partners

Kochański & Partners has retained 74 lawyers, down from 108, and an office in Warsaw.
