Two former TGS Baltic partners and a partner from AAA Law have left their respective firms to establish Wint in Vilnius.
The new firm has been created by restructuring and insolvency specialist Daiva Ušinskaitė-Filonovienė, criminal lawyer Giedrius Danelius, and former AAA Law IP partner Andrius Iskauskas. The firm will have ten lawyers and will provide a wide range of legal services to businesses on matters including corporate law, fintech and public procurement.
This move is one of number of recent changes in the Baltic legal market, which included the launch of Klauberg Baltics and Walless this month.
