Norwegian boutique Michelet & Co has merged with Schjødt.
Michelet & Co was founded in 2015 and specialised in the oil and gas sector. It had offices in Oslo and London. The firm's clients include oil and gas companies, oilfield service firms, investment banks and petroleum regulatory authorities.
Schjødt has a number of strong practices, including one of the market's leading oil and gas teams. The firm's chairman Olav Kolstad said in a statement Michelet & Co's London office would benefit the firm's international and domestic clients.
