Cypriot firm Elias Neocleous & Co has expanded in Western Europe by merging with a Belgium firm.
Jurispectrum, a commercial firm focussed on EU law based in Brussels, will now operate as Elias Neocleous & Associates. Nikos Korogiannakis will lead the Brussels office, which will focus on public procurement, competition, state aid, banking and tax.
In an announcement about the merger Elias Neocleous & Co said it intends to expand further in Europe in the future.
