Anuj Trivedi joins the firm from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas where he acted as a principal associate.
Trivedi focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate structuring, and general corporate and regulatory advisory work.
