RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has strengthened its practice in Singapore with a new partner hire.
Yang Eu Jin joins the firm from Overseas Education where he had been an executive director and general counsel. Prior to moving in-house in 2011, Yang was a partner in the corporate and securities law department at KhattarWong.

Yang brings 20 years of experience in advising local and foreign clients in corporate finance and capital markets related matters such as public listings, post-listing corporate action and fund-raising activities on the SGX.
