CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Pośniak & Sawicki has hired a new banking partner in Warsaw.
Michał Mężykowski joins the firm from Dentons where he was a partner specialising in banking and finance as well as corporate and bankruptcy law. He is ranked as Highly Regarded in the IFLR1000.
Highlights of his work includes advising PKO Bank Polski and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on a development deal worth €140 million.
Martyna Markiewicz, Jakub Podkowa and Jakub Wieczorek also join the team in counsel roles.
