DLA Piper gains three partners in Colombia

Former Garrigues and Baker McKenzie lawyers join DLA Piper Martinez Beltran

DLA Piper Martinez Beltran, which came to be when global firm DLA Piper entered a cooperation agreement with Colombian firm Martinez Beltran, has added three corporate partners to its firm in the M&A and corporate practices in the forms of Juan Manuel de la Rosa, Felipe Quintero and Jose Miguel Mendoza.

Quintero joins from Garrigues’ Colombia office, De la Rosa joins from Baker McKenzie’s Colombia office and Mendoza previously worked as chief judge for Colombia’s corporate law court.

DLA Piper also maintains cooperation agreements with Pizarro Botto & Escobar Abogados in Peru, Bahamondez Alvarez & Zegers in Chile and Campos Mello in Brazil.

Both De la Rosa and Quintero are rated as Highly Regarded by the IFLR1000.
