The Vilnius office of pan-Baltic firm TGS Baltic has announced it will have a new managing partner starting September 1.
Partner Vilius Bernatonis will replace the current office head Eugenija Sutkienė. He has been active in legal services for 18 years and has served as the head of the firm's banking and finance and energy practice groups.
Sutkienė, a M&A specialist, has been leader of TGS Baltic (which previously operated under different brands) for 27 years. She will take the position of senior partner and will continue advising clients and contributing to strategic activities.
