Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen has enhanced its capital markets and M&A practice with a new partner hire in Norway.
Henning Aasmul-Olsen joins the firm from Horten, where he had been a partner for two years. He has previously also worked as a partner at Bech-Bruun, and been a part of global companies such as Danske Bank and Carnegir Investment Bank.
Within the capital markets and M&A space, he has experience in working in sectors such as banking, insurance, healthcare, oil and gas and shipping.
