Munger Tolles & Olson has announced the addition of attorney Kelly Kriebs to its office in Los Angeles.
A partner with the firm's corporate practice, Kriebs focuses on M&A and restructuring transactions and corporate counseling.
Speaking about the move, Kriebs called Munger Tolles & Olson "the go-to firm for novel and unique solutions."
"The reputation of Munger and the lawyers here could not be more stellar," she added.
Kriebs had previously been a partner at Sidley Austin's Los Angeles office.
She's recognised as a 'Notable Practitioner' by IFLR1000.
