Morgan Lewis & Bockius has hired M&A partners Eric Hwang and Christopher Rose.
Hwang will split his time between Morgan Lewis' Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices, while Rose will spend his time in Silicon Valley and Century City.
Hwang was previously an in-house M&A lawyer for a global technology company.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Rose was associate general counsel for a financial services company.
