O'Melveny & Myers has strengthened its restructuring practice with the addition of a three-partner team in New York.
Nancy Mitchell and Maria DiConza join as partners and Matthew Hinker joins as counsel from Greenberg Traurig.
Mitchell was previously co-chair of Greenberg Traurig's global restructuring and bankruptcy practice; she advises debtors and private equity funds on restructurings and distressed M&A deals.
DiConza guides lenders and creditors on restructurings in a range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing and financial services.
Hinker specialises in Chapter 11 bankruptcies.
