Allen & Overy has re-hired a high profile financial services regulatory partner in London.
Bob Penn, recognised in the IFLR1000 as a 'Market Leader', rejoins the firm after less than two years at Clear Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
Penn advises banks, asset managers, market infrastructure providers and other financial institutions on a wide range of non-contentious regulatory issues.
He is a member of the IIF Special Committee on Effective Regulation and the BBA High Level Group on Financial Stability.
The firm has recently bolstered the team with the hires of Nick Bradbury in 2017 and Ben Regnade-Weinrabe in 2018. The team also includes Damian Carolan, Etay Katz and Kate Sumpter.
