Americas

Comcast has made a $65 billion offer for Twenty-First Century Fox media assets. The deal comes after Walt Disney’s recent bid for the same company.

KKR is set to acquire Envision Healthcare for $5.7 billion – the deal is one in a number in the US healthcare sector lately.

Knauf has agreed to acquire USG in a $7 billion deal.

L3 Technologies has issued $1.8 billion in senior notes, including $800 million 3.85% notes due 2023 and $1 billion 4.4% notes due 2028.
