Michael Schiavone, Daniel O'Shea and David Ni all come to Sidley from O'Melveny & Myers.
Schiavone focuses on convertible securities and bank-side capital markets deals.
O'Shea advises underwriters in connection with both debt and equity offerings.
Ni specialises in equity, debt and high yield debt offerings.
Schiavone and Ni are recognised by IFLR1000 as 'Market Leader' and 'Rising Star,' respectively.
