Latham & Watkins has announced the addition of partner Michael Haas to its real estate practice in New York.
Haas focuses on real estate financings, M&A, joint ventures and restructurings.
He will act as global co-head of Latham's real estate practice.
Haas comes to Latham from Jones Day.
