White & Case has welcomed the return of partner Nicoholas Palumbo to its global banking practice in New York.
Palumbo specialises in debt finance transactions, such as LBOs and recapitalisations.
His clients include financial sponsors, banks and portfolio companies.
Palumbo rejoins his old firm from Goodwin Procter.
